  1. 1. I thought that the presentation was great. I thought that they way you two presented was awesome. I had not known that McDonalds was a sponsor for the Olympics. I also did not know that in different countries they had different menus. I don't have anything to really criticize. I thought the way the presentation went was very good. You both were well organized and never seemed to stumble.

  2. 1.) I thought overall your guys' presentation was really informational and well put together. I like the big picture that you guys created for how it affected our society today. You guys presented well together and talked equally which made it interesting and kept my attention.
2.) The only criticism I have was how fast some of the information was gone through, I missed a lot of the points. Other than that, it was great!

  3. Your presentation was my favorite overall. You compared and contrasted really well. You both spoke up clearly and fluently. You didn't hide and you moved around a good amount. You both also made eye contact very nicely too.
    I have nothing to critique.

  4. 1 Well done on your research. Your confidence showed on through. Nice presence, It had a work place feeling much like some things I have seen at my place of work. I didn't know that the menu was specialized to the culture! That's awesome.
2 I would suggest not crossing your legs while you are presenting, you will put yourself in unstable position and may cause yourself to fall

  5. 1. Nice job doing your research, you both seemed to really know what you were talking about. I had no idea they were the first to establish an assembly line or that there are over a 100 different menus.
    2. I really don't have that much to critique you guys on other then just some parts you went through a little fast, but other than that, it was really well researched and seemed to flow really well, good job.

  6. 1. I think you both did a great job presenting, and I really like your comparison to walmart, another business that dominates in its industry.
    2. My only critique would be that your presentation started out pretty rough, but after a bit you became more comfortable and it started to go much smoother. Other than that, great job.

  8. 1. Something that was well done about the presentation was how both presenters analyzed the information they had on the slides and made a final conclusion using their analysis to talk about what makes McDonalds Iconic discussing both good and bad. If there is anything that I just now learned from this is that it was the first restaurant to utilize an assembly line for food in the industry. It now makes sense to me why McDonalds gained the advantage early on.
    2. One of the few gripes I have with the presentation, in my opinion, is that the transition between the history of McDonalds and Obesity felt a little too sudden and could have been done better. Other than that, it was a really good presentation.

  9. 1. Well done guys! I enjoyed the part where you guys talked about the documentary Super Size Me, which made your presentation extremely valid in my opinion, and I definitely agree on where you guys stood about your negative opinions about The Golden Arches.
    2. I wish you guys had a small scene from Super Size Me! But other than that, Great Job!

  10. You guys did a wonderful job on your presentation. You guys started out a bit rocky but turned it into a very smooth and wonderful presentation. You guys transitioned very well and gave very interesting facts. As a former McDonalds worker I could relate to a lot of what you guys were saying. The only thing I have to critique is that a couple times you guys went pretty fast but other than that wonderful job.

  11. I like all the statistics that were incorporated into the presentation like how there are McDonalds in over 120 countries. I wish they spent a little more time on the Iconic part of the arches, I felt it was very short.

  12. I can tell you both put a lot of work and practice into this presentation. You both came off as well informed and very prepared and that made it great as a listener. You guys were a great duo and everything was very smooth.
My only gripe is that at first you guys seemed slightly uncomfortable but that completely change after a short time.

  13. You both gave a number of very interesting facts about the establishment that I had never heard before, for example I never knew that McDonald's actually started as a BBQ shop. Apart from those you both fed of each other very well when presenting and really worked as a team during your presentation.
The one bit of criticism that I have for your presentation is to try and stay on topic and not jump around so much, I noticed that you both occasionally repeated the other when trying to back them up.

  14. Your presentation was very clear and your information was presented well. I did not know that McDonalds has a special menu for each cuisine in different countries! My recommendation would be to slow down and take your time so the audience can fully understand.

  15. 1) very good job at describing how McDonald's is a part of the American culture, and how much it changed society. I didn't know that they were the first to use an assembly line in a food-oriented business.
    2) One thing to improve on is that you were a bit hesitant when you were talking to the audience. It was also unclear as to what the obesity rate for adults were compared to children's obesity rate.

  16. I never knew McDonalds was the first fast food company to implement an assembly line and started the trend of what is common fast food now. The information you both gathered was spot on, i've never even heard of McDonalds starting as a BBQ shop either. The information and analysis on McDonalds history and its effects were definitely the strong points of this presentation. The only thing I would say detracted from the presentation was your pace. You were going so fast I missed some of the information at times.

  17. 1.) I really thought you guys did a great job offering information about why McDonald's is iconic. It wasn't simply the history of the fast food chain which made it easier to engage in the presentation. We have to face the reality that our society has come to love places like McDonald's even though it's terribly unhealthy for us and you did a great job at presenting that concept.
2.) Your presentation was very well thought out so the only critique I can offer is including more information and history about the golden arches would have been a nice feature.

  18. I liked the ideas you had for why McDonalds became so iconic. I never knew that they were the first ones to implement an assembly line. It's easy to see how they became so effective and why they invited so many copycats.

One thing I noticed was that when you gave facts, you wouldn't expand on them. For instance, when you talked about the amount of McDs in America, all that you said was that it was crazy. Tell us why it's crazy! Good presentation otherwise.

  19. 1) I thought that your presentation was extremely informational. McDonald's is majorly influential of the way that people live their lives. I had not known how many of them there are worldwide or that their menus changed depending on the location because I am so used to the way that McDonald's are here in America. I liked that you guys mentioned that although McDonald's is better for your convenience, it is not better for you. That statement really stuck with me after your presentation.
    2) At times, you guys seemed a bit rushed and redundant, but other than that I really enjoyed your presentation! It was in a way more happy than most of the other presentations given.
