2) Issues of Evaluation can be defined as asking questions or discussing whether something or someone is right or wrong, good or bad or effective or ineffective. These question get asked everyday all the time.
3) I know the issue I’m going to discuss isn’t really a local or state issue but I feel I have the right to keep my political and religious opinions to myself. I looked up a lot of issues and one that I saw that effected me was the discussion of Is golf really a sport? I look at that question like this; do you do some sort of physical work? Are you being active? Do you have any skill; can you hit the ball far and straight? Some might differ on my opinion and say golf is not a sport; all you do is ride around in a golf cart and hit a ball until it makes it into the hole. The only sports are ones in which you make contact with someone some might say. The definition of “sport” though is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment. Most golf is played between more than one person. You are always trying to beat the people you are playing against but even if your playing by yourself your still trying to beat yourself and get the best score you can. There might not be any physical contact unless a ball hits you but surely the game of golf qualifies as a sport in my opinion.
Very nicely put about the technicality behind golf, which on the surface does not look like a sport due to it's lack of physical contact. I wonder if the golf ball would give testimony to golf being a contact sport.
