Exploration Three: Lillie Weber

When I was 14, My mom finally let me get a Facebook account. Everyday I was on the computer searching and posting until 10 pm. One day I decided to comment something on someone's post in a jokingly way. At that time, I did not realize that you can have a tone when typing/ writing. Apparently this girl took it a different way then I meant it and it caused a BIG fight. All over a misunderstanding of my tone. At that point I learned that I need to write in a tone that makes it sound how I really mean it.

Issues of evaluation are questions about whether an event or topic is good or bad, effective or ineffective, or right or wrong, along with many more debatable aspects. A state issue that has become very important lately is Welfare. This is an example of issue of evaluation. Some people believe that it is a waste of time and not helping anyone, and only wasting money while others believe it is a good thing and the right thing to do because helping fellow citizens is the morally correct way to live. It is thought by many that the benefits of welfare are ineffective because it truly does not help - it only makes people not want to get a job.
